Complaining is by no means pleasant, nor is it always productive. But the truth is, complaining is the acknowledgement of potential, of improvement. It is the basis for most inventions in the world, and by nature the basis of design and problem solving, because there are no problems to be solved if everyone is satisfied.
Complaining is an act of non-compliance and to act upon it means growth.
At the heart of my work lies the complaint and my desire to make sure everyone does it a little bit less ;)
